St Vincent’s Private Melbourne, a facility of St Vincent’s Health Australia, is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Officer to join the Cardiovascular Centre team. The role is a permanent part‑time position, working twice a week (Monday to Thursday), and involves providing high‑quality customer service to medical staff, nursing staff, and patients in a fast‑paced workplace.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and families upon arrival at the hospital.
Coordinate communication and patient services as directed by the Cardiovascular Services Manager.
Book appointments for SVPHM inpatient and outpatient services.
Assist with invoicing and payments for outpatient services.
Support admission and discharge procedures for patients to the Cardiovascular Centre.
Maintain clerical functions and patient records.

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a agile environment.
Previous experience in a customer‑service healthcare setting (desired).
Experience with patient record databases, especially IBA (preferred).




Permission to conduct a police check and a valid Victorian Working with Children Check.
