Head of Marketing & Operations | Eastern Suburbs
The Role We're recruiting on behalf of one of Sydney's leading real estate agencies for an experiencedHead of Marketing & Operations.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day marketing, operations and administrative functions of a high-performing sales office while supporting a successful team of Sales Agents.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the business operates efficiently, marketing campaigns are delivered to the highest standard and the team has the systems, processes and support required to perform at their best.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all property marketing campaigns from appraisal through to settlement.
Leading the day-to-day operations of the sales office and driving operational excellence.
Managing and improving internal systems, workflows and business processes.
Preparing and overseeing listing presentations, sales documentation and agency agreements.
Managing campaign timelines and coordinating photographers, stylists, designers, copywriters and media suppliers.
Overseeing all online listings across REA, Domain, social media and digital marketing platforms.
Managing CRM systems, databases and reporting to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
Supporting the leadership team with business projects, process improvements and operational initiatives.




Providing leadership and support to the administration and sales support team while fostering a team-oriented office culture.
Ensuring an exceptional client experience across every stage of the sales process.
About You You're a highly organised and commercially minded operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You enjoy improving systems, leading people and creating efficient processes that allow high-performing sales teams to succeed.
You'll also have:
Previous experience in a Real Estate Head of Operations, Operations Manager, Head of Marketing, Marketing & Operations or Office Manager role.
Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, operations and administration within a real estate business.
Outstanding leadership, organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience using REA, Domain and real estate CRM systems.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
