The Shire of Dardanup is seeking an experienced Community Emergency Services Manager (CESM) to lead and coordinate emergency services for local volunteer brigades in Eaton. The role focuses on bushfire brigade readiness, training, PPE and equipment, with prospects to broaden into wider emergency management activities.
You will work with DFES, brigade captains and HR/WHS colleagues, ensuring compliant operations, incident readiness and solid stakeholder engagement.
