Seek is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee a key commercial cleaning portfolio in Cairns.
This hands-on role will manage three sites with about 15 staff, ensuring cleaning standards, KPI targets and client expectations are met.
You will work closely with clients, site teams and senior management, conduct regular site visits, guide teams, resolve issues and maintain WHS compliance to deliver reliable service across the portfolio.
