APM is seeking an Employment Consultant at our Reservoir, VIC site to support participants, market candidates to employers, and build sustainable employment pathways within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program.
You will balance people support with employer engagement, meet KPI targets, and help participants with resumes, interview prep and access to training. This is a full time role in a supportive team.
