Now, we're looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the quality, documentation, consistency, and continuous improvement of our product range.
About the role This is a hands-on, in-office role, perfect for someone who loves the details and wants every product we ship to be better than the last.
You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Quality, Engineering and Marketing, making sure every product we deliver is clearly defined, consistently manufactured, easy to understand, and aligned with our brand standards.
You will be accountable forEstablishing best-in-class specifications, documentation and quality standards for new and existing products Driving continuous improvement across our existing product range, pushing every product from 'good' to 'excellent' Building and maintaining the single source of truth for all product data, from materials and specs through to packaging and manuals We're looking for someone who Has a background in industrial product development, engineering,



manufacturing or quality Has experience working with suppliers and manufacturers to deliver consistent product at scale Knows their way around product design specifications, QC processes, and how products are actually made and used in the field Can translate technical detail into clear, simple documentation that anyone can pick up and follow Has maniacal attention to detail and isn't shy about pushing back when something isn't right Thrives on ownership, accountability, and the deep satisfaction of getting things exactly right Key Responsibilities Conduct deep, systematic reviews of existing products and identify opportunities to improve performance, durability, usability and overall quality Own and develop comprehensive product specifications covering materials, dimensions, finishes, branding elements, packaging, labelling, and performance criteria Build out and maintain the single source of truth for all product data across the portfolio Define clear QC checkpoints and measurable standards, holding suppliers accountable to specifications Work with internal teams and third-party QC partners to inspect products accurately and identify recurring issues Drive corrective action on recurring quality issues and build a culture of relentless improvement Review and refine product manuals, assembly guides and build sheets so they are accurate, easy, and genuinely user-friendly Lead the creation of how-to videos and product demonstrations that bring instructions to life Partner with Marketing to ensure all documentation aligns with brand standards and customer-facing content is technically accurate Establish documentation and specification standards for new products so every launch comes with full clarity from day one Coordinate product information management, change control and version history across the portfolio
