CHU Restaurant by China Doll, located within West HQ in Western Sydney, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a celebrated kitchen team on a full-time basis.
You will work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and consistency while fostering a positive kitchen culture.
Requirements include previous Chef de Partie or stepping-up Commis Chef experience, solid Asian cuisine knowledge, HACCP awareness, and full Australian working rights.
