Administration Officer/Officer Secretary - Civil Construction

Coreflow is a leading civil construction contractor specialising in sewer, water, and stormwater infrastructure throughout NSW.

Working closely with Sydney Water and other key stakeholders, coreflow delivers project form minor works to major civil infrastructure projects, whilst providing quality, safety and compliance.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support our civil construction operations. In this critical role, you’ll be streamlining the business by serving as the primary link between site teams, key stakeholders, consultants and authorities.

Managing job bookings, schedule inspections and tack approvals
Coordinate essential site logistics, including service locating, traffic control, and utility connections.
Maintain direct communication with Sydney Water and Water Servicing Coordinators.
Prepare, update, and track essential civil construction files and site documents.




Assist the team with basic accounting tasks.
Manage general administrative duties, including answering calls, managing emails, and maintaining files.

About you:

Highly organised and proactive with the ability to balance site and office priorities.

Excellent verbals and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proven background in civil construction administration - Highly desirable.

Strong, working knowledge of Sydney Water and Water Coordinator processes.
