TasWater is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Lead to shape and deliver its health and wellbeing strategy across the TasWater workforce. You will partner with leaders to drive psychosocial wellbeing, occupational health, injury management and workers compensation programs, building capability and reducing risk.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational support to achieve sustainable wellbeing outcomes, governance, and proactive risk management across the business.
