We’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our Melbourne team. This role is all about building strong relationships, driving recent business, and supporting customers with end-to-end solutions for buying and selling equipment.

What you’ll do
Drive sales in your territory through proactive prospecting and account management.
Build and grow lasting relationships with dealerships, owner-operators, and current customers.
Sell across all Ritchie Bros. multi‑channel platforms.
Develop and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, using territory playbooks and strategies.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to secure recent business.
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and outstanding customer service.




Travel within your territory and attend auctions to build networks and grow opportunities.

What you’ll bring
3+ years’ experience in structured outside/field sales with a proven record of exceeding targets.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
A self‑motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Strategic thinking, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
Experience in heavy/industrial equipment sales is an advantage.
Clean, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
