Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, creating memorable and meaningful interactions with customers.
Complete meaningful sales transactions, aiming to meet set store sales goals.
Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation, ensuring recent stock is promptly and accurately displayed and replenished.
Demonstrate initiative by keeping knowledge up to date on pet care, products and services.
Contribute to a fun, supportive in‑store culture where the team loves coming to work each day.
Maintain a strong safety mindset and commit to creating a culture of safety within the team.

Qualifications
Passion for animals and a desire to provide the best customer service.
Experience in a similar retail environment.
Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.




Physically fit, with the ability to lift products up to 20kg.
Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
