in Western Sydney that is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead one of their established early learning services.

About the Role
As Centre Director, you will provide strong operational and educational leadership,
ensuring the service delivers exceptional outcomes for children while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will lead and develop a passionate team, foster meaningful family partnerships and drive a positive, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the early learning service
Mentor, coach and develop a team of educators to achieve best practice
Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations and Child Safe Standards
Drive continuous quality improvement and educational excellence
Oversee staffing, rostering, budgeting and centre performance
Create a protected, inclusive and engaging environment for children, families and staff
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the organisation's values
About You
Previous experience as a Centre Director within an early childhood setting
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF and Child Safe Standards
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Relevant Early Childhood qualification
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
Current Child Protection training
ECT qualified
