Current registration as a Registered Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Duties:
Chronic disease management
Preventative health assessment
Aged care multidisciplinary care plans
Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills – active listening, empathy, and confident verbal communication.
