365 Care is seeking Personal Care Workers to support NDIS and aged care clients living in their own homes around St Marys. You will provide a range of supports to help them live independently in their local community, including personal care, light cleaning, meal prep, transport to appointments, and companionship.
Successful applicants will have Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent, be willing to travel up to 30 minutes, and hold CPR, First Aid, and a current NSW driver licence
