Room Leader - Toddler Room 15mths - 3 years
Sydney Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticToddler Room leaderto join our vibrant early learning community.
This role offers the chance to work in a nurturing Montessori and play based environment with childrenaged 15mths - 3 years, with supportive staff to create a beautiful, engaging space where each child can grow to their fullest potential - academically, socially and emotionally.
As a valued member of our educational team, you willprepare and maintain the indoor and outdoor learning environments, supporting classroom activities, and lead the planning and discussions around individual children's learning and development.
For the right candidate this role may offer the opportunity to extend beyond the maternity position.
This position is ideal for someone who:
Hasexperiencewith theroom leader role
has agenuine love for working with young childrenand supporting their early learning journey
isenthusiastic, reliable and collaborative
holds aDiploma, or equivalent in Early Childhood Education and Care(ACECQA approved)
hasexperienceandknowledgeofNQSandEYLF framework,programmingandobservations
isfamiliar with or eager to learn about Montessori Education
holds a current,valid work with children check
