Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor / Senior Maintenance Fitter for a state-of-the-art E-waste recycling facility in the Fairfield region.
You will lead a team of three Maintenance Assistants and own the maintenance function, driving reliability and preventive maintenance across automated equipment and conveyors.
The role is permanent onsite, with a Monday–Friday 6am–2pm shift, offering up to $65 p/hr + Super, plus a path for continuous improvement and real impact
