We're looking for a
senior Cabinet Maker / Joiner
who knows their craft inside out - someone who can step onto site, take ownership, and deliver a flawless result without being micromanaged.
This role suits a tradesperson who's
confident working independently
, takes pride in precision, and enjoys the balance of
workshop manufacturing and high-end installations on site
.
What You'll Be Doing
Manufacture and assemble custom joinery with accuracy and efficiency
Independently install joinery on high-end residential projects
Read and interpret detailed drawings with confidence
Deliver clean, precise work with a strong eye for detail
Take ownership of your work on site - from setup to final finish
Who You Are
Solid experience in
custom residential joinery
Minimum 4-5 years experience in custom residential joinery required
Comfortable leading yourself on site with
minimal supervision
Strong installation experience - you know how to get things right first time




Advanced complex installation experience essential for handling challenging residential projects
High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Reliable, organised, and solutions-focused
Own tools required
CNC experience is a bonus, not essential
