The INS Group is seeking an APHRA registered Health Qualified to join as Trainer / Educator in Wollongong. You will lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development for our Clinical Team, ensuring staff have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional service to clients and customers.
You will become the primary trainer for our nursing workforce and will also support onboarding and training of other Call Centre staff as needed. The role blends learning design with hands-on coaching.
