We’re looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to take ownership of a client portfolio and provide light-touch support to one offshore team member. This is a hands‑on senior role with real client responsibility — not a pure management position.

About the Role

You’ll manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients while ensuring quality and consistency across the work completed by our offshore team member. The role suits someone who enjoys client work, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable providing guidance and quality review to one junior/offshore bookkeeper.

About You
Proven experience as a Senior Bookkeeper (public practice or commercial)
Strong proficiency in Xero (MYOB or QuickBooks experience also valued)
Solid understanding of BAS, GST, Payroll and Superannuation and Australian bookkeeping compliance




Ability to work independently and manage your own client workload
Comfortable providing light supervision, quality review, and mentoring to one offshore team member
Excellent attention to detail and organised working style
Enjoy talking with clients and a valuable communicator
BAS Agent registration is highly regarded
