This full-time Sales Person / Parts Interpreter role at South West Four Wheel Drive Pty Ltd in Toowoomba, Queensland offers an exciting opportunity to work in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and customer service to support the sale and servicing vehicles.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products and services

Provide technical expertise on vehicle parts and accessories to assist with sales and servicing

Process orders, quotes, handle payments, and provide outstanding customer service

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management

Build rapport with both trade & wholesale customers

Support the sales team with product knowledge and demonstration

Collaborate with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the automotive or trades industry

Strong technical knowledge of four-wheel drive vehicles, parts, and accessories

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers





Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work workplace

Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive or a related field would be highly regarded

Experience in Pinnacle is an advantage
