Qualifications & Experience

Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (required)

Strong ability to work both independently and within a team
Availability for2–5 working days per week, including weekends when required
Ability to work atWarringah Mall or BondiBranch
Retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer phone enquiries
Assist Mandarin‐speaking customers with transactions and enquiries
Process and file customer documents
Complete customer requests and assist with account reconciliation
Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
Perform daily transaction data entry and bank reconciliation
