The role
This is a senior, highly consultative role whereyou’ll:
Partner directly with senior stakeholders and influence hiring strategy
Own end-to-end delivery across complex and senior roles
Build talent pipelines and drive proactive sourcing strategies
Provide market insights and act as a trusted advisor
