We’re looking for a motivated worker to join our team as an Offsider with opportunity to become a Trainee Driller.
This is a full-time position with the prospect to learn the trade, work alongside an experienced driller, and progress your career within our small family business.
Our business works on various projects across NSW, drilling core and auger samples for Geotech investigations, environmental drilling, waterbores, and speer points.
We work for a number of clients from private individuals to tier 1 engineering companies.
Paying above construction award wages
Ideally, you’ll have:
A truck licence (or be willing to obtain one)
Construction or labouring experience
Mechanically minded and confident using tools
The ability to solve simple problems and fix basic equipment issues
A White Card
Your own reliable vehicle (to get to branxton workshop only to vehicles supplied to travel)
A strong work ethic and ability to work independently when required
The role involves regular travel with the boss, giving you the prospect to see different parts of NSW and Australia while working on a variety of projects.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in Geotech drilling. The right person will receive on-the-job training with the prospect to work their way up and eventually take over the levers.
