: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join the team. Key Responsibilities
:
Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs for children.
Foster a safe, inclusive,



and stimulating learning environment.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader team.
Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development according to centre policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Skills and Qualifications
:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (mandatory)
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering positive developmental outcomes for every child
