What you could be doing
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll empower people with disability to live independently and achieve their goals by:
Supporting daily living skills including cooking, domestic tasks and developing independence
Providing personal care including showering, dressing, toileting and feeding
Encouraging community participation, hobbies and social connections
Administering medication and following individual support plans
Completing accurate documentation, progress notes and incident reports
Supporting customers both at home and in the community




Utilising diabetes management and PEG feeding skills where required (training desirable)
Upcoming shift opportunities
We anticipate opportunities across a variety of shifts, including:
Morning: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Sleepover shifts
Active overnight: 10:00pm – 6:00am
We'd love to hear from you if you have
A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting people with disability
Confidence providing personal care
Availability across weekdays, weekends, sleepovers and active nights
Excellent communication skills with verbal and non-verbal customers
Strong computer skills for documentation and reporting
A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 or equivalent)
Qualifications in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services (desirable)
A current unrestricted NSW Driver Licence and Full Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
