Macarthur Legal Centre (MLC) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the Management Team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract, working 3-4 days per week. You will provide strategic and practical HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and staff to strengthen capability, performance and workplace culture.
This role is not business as usual, following recent HR system upgrades and a recent strategic direction.
