Oak Tree Retirement Villages is seeking a full time Village Manager to lead operations, drive occupancy and foster a welcoming community for residents. You will manage sales processes, coordinate events, and liaise with local groups to attract recent residents while maintaining service quality.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will ensure compliance, asset management, and resident satisfaction within the village budget, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
