Cook & Front of House Crew – Festivals, Events & Food Trucks!

Boss Hospitality Group is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Cooks and Front of House Superstars to join our award-winning mobile hospitality team.

This isn’t your average hospitality job. One weekend you could be serving thousands at a major music festival, the next at sporting events, food festivals, community celebrations or private functions across South East Queensland.

About the Role

You’ll work across our fleet of premium food trailers, delivering exceptional food and customer service at some of the region’s biggest and best events.
Preparing and cooking high-quality food to our standards
Serving customers with energy and enthusiasm
Operating POS systems and handling transactions
Setting up and packing down trailers
Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Travelling to events throughout Queensland

What We’re Looking For




Previous hospitality experience (kitchen or front of house)
A positive attitude and solid work ethic
Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
Reliable transport
Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays

Highly Regarded:
Experience working in food trucks, festivals or events
Trailer towing experience
Food Safety Certificate
Leadership or supervisory experience
