Optimum Health Solutions is expanding beyond our clinic walls by establishing a dedicated community services arm across NSW and Australia. We seek an Occupational Therapist to lead the program, carry a caseload, and design the service model, referrals, and outreach delivery.
You'll have at least five years post-graduate experience, a solid NDIS background, and the ability to work autonomously. This role offers travel with full travel and accommodation covered for outreach.
