Full-Time | Monday to Friday | $38-$44 per hour + Super + Company Vehicle | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
We're looking for an experienced Gardening Team Leader & Horticultural Facilitator to lead our gardening team across premium residential and strata sites throughout Sydney.
This is more than a maintenance role. We're looking for someone who can lead people, work directly with clients, and use their horticultural expertise to improve and transform outdoor spaces.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring and developing junior gardeners
Driving and managing a company van between client sites
Delivering high-quality garden maintenance and landscaping projects
Diagnosing plant and lawn issues and recommending appropriate treatments
Identifying plant species and selecting suitable plants based on season, sunlight and landscape design
Meeting with clients to discuss garden improvements, upgrades and ongoing maintenance
Sourcing plants and materials for one-off projects and quotations
Maintaining gardening equipment and helping improve team processes
What We're Looking For
Qualification in Horticulture
Proven experience leading or supervising a gardening team
Strong horticultural knowledge, including plant identification, lawn care, pest management and chemical application
Positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills




Ability to work independently and motivate others
Current Australian Driver's Licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle
Full Australian working rights
What We Offer

Licence/Certification:
Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
