Unisson Disability is seeking a passionate Team Leader to manage two Supported Independent Living (SIL) sites in Mount Colah. You'll lead direct support professionals to deliver high quality, person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive.
You'll coach and mentor staff, oversee day-to-day SIL operations, ensure homes are protected and compliant, coordinate rosters and recruitment with HR, and collaborate with families and support coordinators.
