Redcape Hospitality is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead across Artasian Restaurant, Rabbit Bar and venue functions at Arthouse Hotel in Sydney CBD. This hands-on, food and beverage leadership role will work alongside the Venue Manager to deliver outstanding service and a smooth multi-level operation.
You’ll coach staff, coordinate with kitchen and events teams, manage daily reporting and ensure licence, food safety and work safety standards are met.
