In-House Part-Time Bookkeeper (Potential to Transition to Full time)

We are currently seeking an experienced In-House Bookkeeper to join our office on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for the role to grow into a full-time position as the business continues to expand.

About the Role

Working closely with management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations




Payroll processing
BAS preparation and assistance with GST compliance
Superannuation and payroll tax processing
Maintaining accurate financial records
Liaising with our external accountant
End-of-month reconciliations and reporting
General bookkeeping and administrative duties as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in bookkeeping (minimum 3 years preferred)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality
Proficient with MYOB (essential)
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Able to work independently while also being part of a close-knit team
Looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing business
