About the role

This outbound role will focus on creating qualified meetings with large target accounts. You will research prospects, identify decision-makers, open conversations and help the sales team build pipeline across commercial and multi-site customers.

Duties
Research and identify high-value target accounts
Contact decision-makers by phone, email and LinkedIn
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-up and prospect data
Support new business campaigns and pipeline growth

Skills and experience




Appointment setting, lead generation or outbound sales experience
Solid phone manner, resilience and follow-up discipline
Comfortable researching companies, contacts and decision-makers
Solid administration, CRM and pipeline hygiene
B2B sales, internal sales, recruitment or SDR background considered
