Southern Cross Care is seeking a Permanent Part Time Personal Carer to join our aged care team.
You will provide proactive, person-centred services that are secure and effective, tailored to each resident's needs, goals, and preferences.
This role requires compassion, connection, knowledge and capability, promoting active participation in residents' health and well-being.
Shifts are 7:*****:00, Monday to Friday, across Week 1 and Week 2, with 75 hours per fortnight.
