Biosota Organics is seeking two confident and motivated Retail Sales Consultants and Brand Ambassadors to represent our premium Australian Manuka honey range at Brisbane Airport.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys approaching customers, starting conversations and converting genuine interest into sales.
You will engage with domestic and international travellers through product tastings, demonstrations and knowledgeable customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage travellers in a professional and friendly manner
Introduce customers to Biosota Organics Manuka honey products
Explain product origin, certification, MGO grading and key product qualities using approved information
Conduct product tastings and demonstrations
Use consultative selling techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain attractive displays and appropriate stock levels
Build rapport with customers from different cultural backgrounds
Provide daily sales results and customer feedback to management
Represent Biosota Organics with professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity
About You
You will be confident approaching customers and comfortable working towards sales targets.
To be considered, you will need:
At least six months of retail, sales or other relevant customer-facing experience
Strong face-to-face communication and selling skills
The confidence to initiate customer conversations and ask for the sale
A reliable, punctual and self-motivated approach
Qualified presentation
Availability for the required morning roster
Current Australian work rights sufficient for the rostered hours
The ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card, if required for the work location
Regular Hours
This is a permanent part-time role offering 20 guaranteed hours each week:
Four five-hour shifts
Three weekday morning shifts
One weekend morning shift
Standard shift time: 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
Preferred weekday availability is Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Saturday is the preferred weekend day.
The final regular working pattern will be agreed in writing with each successful candidate.
