This role is an Asset Finance Broker with Motorest.




They're a great business - 2 young owners who have built a really solid business so far, but they have huge goals ahead of them and they need the right team to get there.
They've built their broking team in a way to really reward high performers: no seat cost, double comms for leads you bring in yourself, a high volume of inbound leads for you to work with and a vehicle sourcing arm of the business to feed you warm leads.
You'll work closely with one of the owners - he is ambitious, energetic and passionate, and he invests in people who are willing to learn, take feedback and put in the work. The culture is fast-paced, accountable and built around people who genuinely want to become the best at what they do.
Every month you'll receive a healthy volume of qualified opportunities to work with. Your job is to build relationships, understand what your customers need and help structure the right finance solution for them. You'll be supported by proven systems and processes, but your success ultimately comes down to your consistency, your communication and your willingness to keep going.
The role is based in Sydney CBD, 9am-5:30pm, with one WFH day/week once you've completed probation. The team genuinely enjoys working together and believes that's where the best learning happens.
