Mercy Community is seeking compassionate Community Care Workers to provide home-based support across Brisbane's southside through to Mount Gravatt. These casual roles start early (7:00am) to help clients meet their needs and goals.
You will work with clients according to their care plans, assisting with daily living, transportation and community access, and you may involve administering medications where qualified. Reliable transport and a current license are required.
