Real Estate Inspections & Leasing Field Agent (Part-Time / Flexible Role)
We are seeking a reliable, organised, and professional
Real Estate Inspections & Leasing Field Agent
to join our growing property management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out and about, has excellent attention to detail, and is passionate about providing outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
As an Inspections Field Agent, you will be responsible for conducting routine property inspections schedules, entry & exit inspections, preparing detailed reports, and working closely with our Property Managers to ensure our properties are maintained to a high standard. You may also assist with leasing inspections and open homes when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct routine inspections of residential rental properties.
Prepare accurate and detailed inspection reports, including photographs and maintenance recommendations.
Liaise regularly with Property Managers regarding property conditions, tenant concerns, and maintenance issues.
Schedule inspections and coordinate access with tenants.
Follow up on inspection outcomes and communicate findings to the property management team.
Assist with entry, exit, and special inspections as required.
Conduct leasing inspections and attend open homes when needed.
Maintain accurate records and update property management software.
Ensure all inspections are completed in accordance with legislative requirements and company standards.

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Previous experience in real estate, property management, inspections, customer service, or a related field is highly regarded but not essential as we are prepared to we are happy to train the right person.
