Bluesky Immigration is looking for a motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team at our Global Head Office in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the student admission process, excellent client and student management skills, and the ability to contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Guide students through the complete admission and enrolment process.

Provide accurate information about courses, institutions, entry requirements, and admission procedures. Manage student applications from initial enquiry through to offer and enrolment. Maintain regular communication with students and clients and provide timely updates.

Build and maintain robust relationships with students, parents, clients, and education providers. Handle student queries and resolve admission-related issues professionally. Maintain accurate student records and application documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams and education providers to ensure smooth application processing. Assist with the daily management and administration of the Sydney office.



Support the smooth opening and operational setup of the new office.

Ensure a professional, organised, and welcoming office environment. Perform other duties related to student admissions, client management, and office operations as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in student admissions, education counselling, international education, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the admission and enrolment process. Excellent client and student management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organisational and administrative abilities. Ability to manage multiple student applications and tasks simultaneously. Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
