The Lodge Wadjemup on Rottnest Island is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead our front-of-house team across Sunsets Bar & Dining, Pelican Kiosk, Function Centre and Pool Bar. This live-on role includes staff accommodation and a rare prospect to manage guest experiences on one of Australia’s iconic islands.
You will oversee shift operations, support with events and activations, and ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional service.
