An exciting prospect has become available to join a leading luxury fashion company as their Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator. Working across samples, marketing, eCommerce and wholesale operations, this role is integral to ensuring the seamless movement of product across global markets.
We are seeking a highly organised and solutions-focused supply chain professional with solid international logistics experience and a passion for premium product and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate international shipping across AU, US, EU and Asia
Manage freight bookings, shipping documentation, import/export requirements and Incoterms
Oversee inventory management including stocktakes, reconciliations, discrepancy investigations and stock adjustments
Liaise with local warehouses and multiple overseas 3PL partners
Monitor and improve supply chain lead times from factory through to final delivery
Support duty drawback processes across AU and/or US markets
Prepare logistics cost reporting and identify cost-saving initiatives
Resolve freight,
shipment and inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
Skills & Experience
Previous experience within luxury fashion, premium apparel or consumer goods preferred
Robust understanding of international logistics, customs and freight coordination
Experience managing warehouse operations and overseas 3PL relationships
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
Collaborative, reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with confidence working across systems and data
