Pegasus Care in Sydney is seeking Therapeutic Youth Workers to support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care homes across Campbelltown, Werrington and Penrith.

You will work in a trauma-informed, supportive setting with structured supervision, transparent boundaries and ongoing training. Casual, part-time and full time opportunities are available with competitive pay and strong on-shift support.
