THE ROLE
We're seeking an experienced Skin & Laser Therapist (2+ years) on a casual basis to join our growing team.
You'll be working with technology and protocols most Brisbane clinics don't have access to yet.
What you'll do
Deliver Super Hair Removal across all skin types on our Soprano Titanium platform, the gold standard in comfort and speed
Run our full skin menu backed by Toskani and SkinCeuticals, from clinical peels through to advanced corrective protocols
Perform microneedling with a supporting topical menu
Deliver PDRN and PRX skin protocols
Deliver Soprano Titanium lifting and tightening treatments
Run PRIN lymphatic drainage and LED protocols
Deliver scalp and hair growth treatments, one of our fastest growing categories (experience desirable, not essential - we can upskill you on this)
Conduct personalised consultations and build treatment plans to address key skin concerns that hold up over time
Educate clients on skin health and prescribe home care that maintains the result between visits
Participate in occasional social media and in-clinic content
Maintain a clean, professional space and follow strict infection-control protocols
Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team
Available hours
Starting at a consistent 20 to 25 hours per week:




Saturday shift (5 hours only, paid at the casual weekend penalty rate)
Monday & Friday mornings (4 hours)
Wednesday and Thursday late afternoon into evening (4 hours)
Scope to pick up additional hours during peak periods.
About You
Confident, energetic and focused on client outcomes
Full Use Laser License + HLTINF005 Infection Control (essential)
Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty / Dermal Therapy (preferred)
CPR + First Aid (or willing to obtain)
2+ years' experience in skin or aesthetics (preferred)
Strong knowledge of pigmentation, acne and hormonal skin health
Comfortable recommending home care and guiding clients
Reliable with your availability. Casual doesn't mean casual about showing up
Confident with social media and content creation. Candidates who can demonstrate this through their own accounts will be at an advantage
