If you're an experienced real estate Sales Administrator who knows how to keep campaigns moving, agents organised and every detail under control, this is a role worth looking at.
You'll join an established and high-performing sales team within a premium Double Bay agency, taking ownership of the administration behind each property campaign from listing through to settlement.
This is not a junior reception role dressed up as sales administration.
You'll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, work closely with experienced agents and become an important part of a polished, fast-moving sales operation.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing sales administration from listing through to exchange and settlement
Preparing agency agreements, contracts and listing documentation
Coordinating property launches and campaign timelines
Uploading and maintaining listings across the CRM, agency website, REA and Domain
Booking photography, floorplans, copywriting, styling and other campaign suppliers
Proofreading and approving advertising material
Preparing brochures, signboards, window cards and digital marketing collateral
Coordinating open-home and auction documentation
Maintaining accurate property, vendor and buyer information
Managing compliance documentation and campaign files
Liaising with agents, vendors, solicitors, conveyancers and external suppliers
Preparing sales reports, meeting documents and campaign updates
Monitoring key dates, deposits, exchanges and settlements




Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration and urgent campaign requirements
Ensuring every campaign is accurate, compliant and delivered on time

About You
To be considered, you must have:
A minimum of 12 months' experience in real estate sales administration
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Experience supporting residential property sales campaigns
Solid knowledge of the listing-to-settlement process
Confidence using a real estate CRM and online property portals
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines
A calm, organised and proactive approach
High professional standards and strong personal presentation
This role will suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy sales team, takes pride in getting the details right and understands that excellent administration is what keeps a high-performing office running.
