Retail Traineeship – Showroom Sales Assistant

About the Role

As a Retail Showroom Trainee, you'll be the welcoming face of the business, assisting customers and learning all aspects of showroom sales and customer service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
Learning to demonstrate products and equipment with confidence
Processing customer enquiries and sales orders
Maintaining attractive showroom displays and merchandising
Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
Using business systems to manage customer records and orders
Supporting the team with general showroom duties

Full training will be provided, giving you the skills and confidence to succeed.





About You

We're looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping people
Is confident communicating face-to-face with customers
Is reliable, punctual and professionally presented
Is eager to learn and develop new skills
Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Thrives in a busy, team‑oriented workplace

Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential—we're looking for the right attitude.

Not currently hold a qualification higher than Certificate III in Retail (eligibility exceptions may apply)
