The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Buyer's Agent or Commercial Property Sales Professional to join a high-performing, collaborative team.
This is a client-facing, deal-driven role where you will:
Source and assess commercial property opportunities
Provide market insights and strategic acquisition advice
Manage client relationships with professionalism and clarity




Conduct due diligence and coordinate the buying process
Negotiate favourable terms and secure optimal outcomes
Maintain and grow solid industry networks
About You
Proven experience in Commercial Property (Buyers Agency or Sales is essential)
Strong negotiation and deal-closing capability
Highly client-focused with excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of contracts, conveyancing and financials
Agent Representative Certificate or full License required
