Paediatric Nurse or Paramedic - Educator Baby & Child First Aid

At One Mama Baby & Child First Aid, we empower parents and caregivers with life-saving first aid skills for their little ones. Our classes are engaging, hands‑on, and practical, designed to build confidence in handling choking, CPR, burns, fevers, allergic reactions, and more.

We’re looking for a qualified paramedic or Registered Nurse who is passionate about education, infant and child safety, and making a difference to join our team as a Baby & Child First Aid Instructor!

About the Role

As a First Aid Instructor, you will:

Teach engaging, hands‑on classes for parents and caregivers.

Demonstrate CPR, choking relief, and essential first aid skills using mannequins and training equipment.

Empower parents to respond confidently in an emergency.

Keep classes fun, practical,



and judgment‑free – we want participants to feel comfortable asking questions!

Work flexible hours – ideal for paramedics looking for additional income while making a meaningful impact.

Who We’re Looking For

AHPRA-registered Paramedic or Registered Nurse

Robust communication skills – you enjoy teaching and engaging with people.

Passionate about first aid education and making families feel prepared.

Friendly, confident, and approachable – you can make complex topics straightforward and fun!

Adaptable work schedule – classes are held on weekdays and weekends. Private in‑home classes also included.
