Civil Labourer (Multiple Roles Available - Local Government Ipswich - $43.05p/hour plus superannuation)

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers (multiple roles) to assist with pipe laying, drainage, and concreting work, primarily on subdivision road construction/footpath projects for a local government department based in Ipswich region.

About the role

This is a workplace focused on safety, training and team culture. You'll perform tasks such as:
Carrying out road and drainage maintenance works including shovelling, spreading materials, minor concreting, maintaining drains and drainage, and performing general labouring duties.
Following all WHS policies and instructions from your supervisor to ensure the safety of yourself and others

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in concrete labouring and civil labouring




General Safety Induction for the Construction Industry (White Card)
Current "C" Driver's Licence (MR Licence also highly desirable)

What’s on Offer:
$43.05/hour (casual) + superannuation - Civil Labourer
Local Ipswich-based work
9 day working fortnight (6:15am to 3:15pm) or a 4 day week(6:00am to 4:00pm).
3 months' work with likely extension

As part of our recruitment process, the successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment to ensure they are able to safely perform the inherent requirements of the roleand undergo a criminal record check before performing any work within the role.
