Rise & Shine Kindergarten is seeking an experienced Diploma or ECT qualified educator for a Second in Charge / Assistant Director role at Marrickville. You will lead the team, deliver a high-quality program aligned with the EYLF and Shine Advantage Curriculum, and step in as Acting Director when required.
You'll report to the Centre Director, mentor educators, support families, and ensure compliance with NQF and regulatory standards, while upholding a protected, inclusive learning setting.
